CONVENTIONAL WOODEN BEAMS

LVL beam is 2 times stronger
LVL beams are approximately 2 times stronger than glulam and certain types of solid wood according to tests conducted by V. A. Kucherenko Central Research Institute of Building Constructions (one of the oldest and recognized construction institutes in Russia).
That’s why you can use LVL beams with smaller section for your project. For example, you can use LVL beams with 70x70 mm or 50x100 mm section instead of glulam or wooden beams with 100x100 mm section.

BENEFITS OF LVL BEAMS

We are manufacturing LVL beams for construction, furniture production and other industries. We are using quality veneer (3,5-4 mm) and phenol-formaldehyde resin (E1) for our LVL beams. Veneer undergoes hot pressing. As a result we get the product that is more durable and stable than glued laminated timber and solid wood.
